License Renewal: Renew on an annual basis (based on birth month)
Reporting Period: Report due by end of birth month on expiration year
CPE Documentation: CPE hour submission and license renewals can take place at The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
Credit Calculation:
- Credits are measured on a 50-minute hour
- A minimum of 1 hour of credit must be completed in order for the particular program to be evaluated for potential credit
- Half credits are allowed to be distributed following the first hour in a succession of 25 minute increments.
Hours Requirements: 120 total hours (rolling 3-year period), minimum of 20 hours per year; 4 hours every 2 years (ethics requirement)
